change of template

there were some problems with viewing my blog using IE where the sidebar's alignment were all messed up and it only appears at the end of the blog page. this only happens when viewing using IE browser while Firefox have absolutely no problem. i had the same problem couple of weeks back and after altering the codes, i manged to fixed it. as for this time, i really had no idea what happened and even a friend of mine's blog that has the same template as mine have the same problem when viewing in IE.

  

as a result, i have tried to switch to another template to see whether is the template issue or browser. tried 2 templates and as expected, it still doesn't resolved the problem in IE but Firefox works just perfectly. then, i tried the current template and amazingly it works fine in both IE and firefox browsers. so, is it blogger, browser or the template that is causing all the alignment problems?
